•Fibre optic adaptor
The fibre adaptor with high precision (tolerance goes as low as 0.002mm) either in 2-in-2-out or 4-in-4-out. Due to the unique property of material PEI, we have specific injection machine for the product. The mould core goes through special treatment to prevent de-moulding difficulty.

•HUD 10
The HUD 10 from SYPO is an optical engine works as monocular lens with 30-deg FOV. It can combine with AR/VR, binocular or see through devices. The biggest advantage of HUD 10 is that it only weight 10 grams due to the design of combining DOE and aspherical lens. What’s more, it’s able to connect to the smart phone and cloud through WIFI and Bluetooth.

Years of production experiences on freeform lens. From our manufacturing experiences, 400x400mm freeform mirror with surface accuracy (PV value) ≦ 7um is not a problem to us.
